Domanda: Posso richiedervi un immagine di un logo che non è presente nel vostro negozio?

Risposta: Certo, puoi inviare una richiesta all'indirizzo tazmania24info@gmail.com, noi provvederemo ad una richiesta di autorizzazione per l'uso del logo e ti daremo risposta sulla tua mail personale, in caso affermativo caricheremo la tua richiesta nel nostro store. 

Domanda: Le tazze possono essere messe in lavastoviglie o rischio che l'immagine si sbiadisca?

Risposta: Si, puoi lavare la tua tazza in lavastoviglie, l'immagine non va via, essa viene stampata termicamente nella ceramica, in più puoi tranquillamente metterla anche nel forno a microonde.

Domande: Come posso controllare lo stato del mio ordine?

Risposta: A ogni ordine viene fornito un numero di tracking, puoi cliccare sopra e seguire il percorso del tuo pacco.

Answer: Yes, you can wash your mug in the dishwasher, the image doesn't go away, it is thermally printed on the ceramic, plus you can safely put it in the microwave oven.
